chocolate pizza known as valentine's day treat it combine two of 5the most loved ingredients for kids chocolate and pizza and we add marshmallow hope you all like this recipe
pizza dough ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup of flour
- 1 tsp of dry yeast
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup of warm water
pu in the stand mixer gradually as in the video and mix until it come together soft fluffy usually it take around 7 minutes but depend on the flour you use some time you need to mix it up to 12 - 15 minutes in the mixer
- put 2 tsp olive oil in a bowl and and put your dough in the oiled bowl and rub it with the oil then cover the bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes
then after kneading the dough and give it a circle shape make holes in it with fork and
- put in oven on 350º F for 15 minutes
chocolate topping ingredients
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup marshmallow
- 1 cup nutella
after you add all the topping and of course you can add what you desire put
- in oven until the marshmallows are golden and brown 4 to 5 minutes
now when the marshmallow is golden take it out of the oven and slice it
