President Museveni has disclosed that some of the suspects who were arrested in the killing of Assistant Inspector General of Police, Andrew Felix Kaweesi, were held for committing other offences. The President made the revelation while briefing MPs, Ministers and diplomats about the security situation during the State of the Nation Address.
