its a simple indo chinese snacks recipe prepared mainly with round bread piece with spiced mixed vegetable topping and coated with white sesame seeds.typically these are deep fried in oil which gives it a golden brown color and hence gives the name to the recipe.

[Ingredients]
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup green capsicum
1/2 cup red capsicum
1/2 cup yellow capsicum
1 cup grated carrot
few coriander leaves
1 chopped green chilli
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp pepper powder
salt as per taste
1 tbsp soya sauce
3 tbsp all purpose flour+water
bread slices
sesame seeds
chilli flakes
oil for deep frying
