Find out more about Rosewell House in this specially made video. Rosewell house is an intermediate care facility, the first of its kind in Grampian. It provides step up and step down care for the older adult population.
This means the facility can accept admissions from the community, enabling patients to receive therapy, nursing or medical intervention without the need to go to an acute hospital. It also welcomes patients who have been in hospital where they aren't quite well enough to go home yet.
