You may have heard that forward folds and twists are movements to avoid, but did you know that while there is a lot of research and data to support avoiding forward folds, there is very little if any research that shows all twists are bad. So, are twists actually okay if you have osteoporosis? This video looks into that question and provides some valuable insights.
