Aam Ka Achar Recipe Ingredients
1 Kg Raja Puri Aam chopped
250 Sabud Namak (whole salt)
5 Tbl sp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)(24 Gram)
1 cup Methi Ka Kuriya (Fenugreek Kuriya)(130 Gram)
1/2 cup Rai Ka Kuriya(Mustard Kuriya ₹(65 Gram)
24 Gram Hing(Asafoetida)
Resham Patti Mirchi Ka Powder (50 Gram)
1 cup Kashmiri Red chilli powder (100 Gram)
1/4 cup Moongfali oil(Peanut oil)(60 ml)
2 Tsp Chini(Sugar)
4 Tbl sp Castor Oil
Glass Jar for Achar
400 ml Olive Active oil or Moongfali oil(Peanut oil)
1 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
3 Sukhi Lal Mirch (Dry Red chilli)
