Products I use-
Pigeon Pressure Pan/Cooker - [ Ссылка ]

Ingredients
-Fish - 500 gms
-Cumin/Jeera seeds- 1 tsp
-Fennel/Saunf- 1 tsp
-Dry Red Chillies- 4-5
-Turmeric/Haldi- 1/4th tsp
-Coriander Seeds- 1 tbsp
-Peppercorns- 1tsp
-Lemon- half
-Oil- 1 tbsp
-Salt- as per taste
-Oil- to shallow fry
Method
-Add cumin,fennel, dry red chillies,turmeric,coriander seeds and peppercorns in a bowl.
-Heat a pan and dry roast these ingredients for a min or two on med-high flame while stirring and grind into fine powder.
-Remove and add to a bowl, add oil,salt and lemon and mix well into paste.
-Add the paste to the fish pieces and shallow fry well till cooked and brown on both sides.
-Remove and serve hot with a sprinkle of lemon.
