I got a set of 12" 12 volt electric radiator fans from the usual Ebay/Amazon source. Of course, they came with no instructions on how to install them. So, I turned to YouTube to help me out....and I came away still a bit confused. In this video, I go over what I've seen and what my understanding is as to how to install these types of fans.
