Here I (Tanis Leonhardi; she/her/hers) talk through my (of Shorewood High School), 800 metres run race at the 2007 Shorewood High School versus Edmonds Woodway High School versus Lynnwood High School track and field meet (high school) at Shoreline Stadium in Shoreline, Washington State, United States of America (time of 3 minutes and 19.1 seconds in the women's event on Wednesday 18 April 2007). With my time I achieved last place. I provide my take/perspective on my performance and contextualize it in terms of this being my second-to-last ever race in my high school scholastic competition (running towards the finish line instead of away from the starting line).
