Implementation of "Lawyers Protection and Welfare Bill 2021" with Raheel Samsam Ali Khan ( Former Civil Judge and AHC)
A very gigantic issue which the new law graduates and young lawyers are facing is the stipend issues as most of the firms are not paying or paying a very minimal amount. However, there is no monetary support from Sindh Bar Counsel as well. So Section 11 of this bill provides a stipend right to the new law graduates and young lawyers, which need to be addressed and implemented in a better manner.
