New apartment 4 minutes by foot from Avenida Paulista in São Paulo Brazil. It does not get much better than this in terms of location if you want to be in the lively center of São Paulo.

There are two metro stations within a few minutes' walk, for two different metro lines.
This part of Rue Augusta has a lot of restaurants, restaurants, clubs, and bars.
If you walk down Rua Augusta for about 10 min, you will reach the newly renovated
Augusta Park. The park is a lot of different types of trees, many more than a
hundred years old. It has very clean public toilets, a stage for theater,
several poles to put your hammock, slackline, playground, exercise equipment,
a lot of benches, two pets places for dogs, and plenty of guards at the entrances
and in the park. The park is open 5-21 each day. Having these leisure areas close
by adds a lot of value, as SP is mostly buildings and a lot of traffic.
If you go in the other direction on Rua Augusta, it is also just 4 minutes away from
one of the widest and the most well-known streets in Sao Paulo, Avenida Paulista.
This enormous street closes down for traffic each Sunday from 9-16 and has a lot
of performers, street food, drinks, music, dance, and the possibility to have a
long bike ride in the city, safe from the dominating cars.
