Everything I use to practice the FAM
The Fertility Awareness Method is a form of natural birth control that involves charting several key bodily factors to track your menstrual cycle & plan accordingly - whether you’re trying to conceive or trying not to conceive.
I’ve been practicing this method with success for two years, and have found the biggest misconceptions to be that:
1. It’s complicated.
2. It’s time-consuming.
3. It’s ineffective.
Not only has this helped me take charge of my fertility and timeline with having kids, but it’s helped me get to know my body in a different way entirely. The kind of confidence that comes from knowing exactly where your body is at and what it’s going through is such a good feeling. Oh, and I spend maybe 3-5 minutes a day on it!
