The "Car Crew" brought 60 handcrafted wooden cars for our patients to paint as an arts and crafts activity.

The "Car Crew" has been donating these wooden cars to Cook Children's since 2008. Each car is made up of 21 handcrafted parts put together by Bill Kennedy, Bill Gould and Gordon Chapin in the Tinker's Den woodworking shop at Trinity Terrace retirement center in Fort Worth. The “Car Crew” will deliver their 1000th car by the fall of 2015.
