I have made several pizza recipes in the past, however, I have to admit that this one may be my favorite.
The dough is the best secret to make a good pizza and today I show you my recipe step by step. Let's go with the ingredients!
- Dry yeast x 1 tsp/ lévure sèche x 1 càc
- Sugar x 1/2 tsp/ sucre x 1/2 càc
- Warm water x 1/2 cup (125ml) / Eau tiède x 1/2 tasse (125ml)
- Flour x 200g/ farine x 200g
- Salt x 1/2 tsp/ sel x 1/2 càc
- Oregano x 1/2 tsp/ Origan x 1/2 càc
- Tomato sauce
- Some vegetables, tuna, olives.../ Légumes, thon, olives...
- Cheese
