This intellectually challenged man has been eating for free at every vendors for years. He suffered from a brain disease when he was younger. It made his mental age be forever frozen at 6 years old.

The kind hearted vendors knew this and always allow the man to eat for free. The man's parents have passed away leaving him with no one. Thankfully, his community cares for him so he never goes hungry.

This man is in his 50s. Although he has a mental age of a 6 years old, he's still quite polite. He would never abuse the kindness of strangers by taking a lot of food. He would only take one or two from each stall even when the street vendors asked him to take more. He would just politely decline.

When other customers are around, he would let the customers go first. Knowing that the customers pay the street vendors money and he doesn't. When the customers are gone, the vendors would call him back and he would have his pick with the food.

After his story garnered attention online, many visitors started dropping by the market. This was great news for the struggling market. All of a sudden, their businesses improved. The visitors would stop by whichever shops the man approved of and buy up all the food from the street vendor.
