My 13 year old Explorer is basically my truck. It has three rows of seats and the 2nd row has been folded down for years taking up a lot of cargo area. I'm pulling out the second row to reclaim valuable space. In the mean time it makes more sense to build some simple bases for the seats rather than just put them in the shed. The seats are simply bolted to the rolling base and can be put back in the car if needed or when it comes time to sell it. For one base I used two studs, four old casters, three bolts and some deck screws for the project. Super easy, and very fast build. Thanks for taking a look!
