Both sides of this tape contain recordings of trees with a circumference of 6 to 8 inches and a height of 12 to 14 feet. A contact microphone was attached at a heigh of 4 to 6 feet, and covered by bark to cut the wind sound. There were no leaves on the trees in eithcer of these recordings.
