Three KAM candidates - Angela Rangad (South Shillong), Wanpynhun Kharsyntiew (East Shillong), and Kyrsoibor Pyrtuh (North Shillong) filed their nominations on Thursday at the Office of the Deputy Commissioner (DC), East Khasi Hills, Shillong.
Accompanied by their supporters, Angela, Wanpynhun and Kyrsoibor took out a rally from their respective residences till the office of the DC.
