A quick video showing the components required when ordering materials for the Nudura One Series which incorporates an ICF wall with exposed concrete on one side. We are rolling out a lot of video content on this series so stay tuned for that.
For one complete form you will need:
- 1 Standard EPS Knock down panel
-1 Plywood panel
- 24 Screws (2" or we used the 2 1/2")
- 12 Multi link ties (these attach to the plywood using the jig and the screws)
-12 Insert Webs (available in 4", 6", 8", 10", etc)
*NOTE* Keep in mind you have to add the dimension of the "Inset Webs" to the 2 5/8" of the "Multi Link ties" to get the overall concrete thickness
-One metal jig to line the multi link webs to the pre-drilled holes in the plywood panels.
