My Best Friend Danielle's 30th Birthday was one for the books! My GoPro severely shit the bed on this one so this is a compilation of my stills (which I've never done before) and other videos, some GoPro & iPhones, all rolled into one vid to remember the occasion.

We took a helicopter to a glacier fed lake just West of Squamish, BC known as Lake Lovely Water. We were postponed a day due to thick clouds blocking our path, it felt a little hopeless until a nice little pocket opened up allowing just enough time to get all our gear and ourselves up there. You'll see how we barely pop through and see the lake - it fogged in and out in a matter of minutes up there. The second day we were there we were blessed with pure sunshine gleaming off the snowy giants we were surrounded by.

What an amazing time spent with great people, in one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. A very fitting place to wish our girl well on her thirtieth trip around the sun. Love you, D!
