The organ system associated with the fire element is the heart, the blood vessels, blood that flows through them and the nervous system. The fire element must take care of their nervous system, and be conscious of all stressors. Meditating, going for walks, and other stress reduction techniques will be beneficial for the fire element. Having a good bedtime routine is beneficial for the fire element because they have trouble with sleeping. Some foods that would be good for a fire element are things that are red like raspberries, strawberries, watermelon, tomatoes, red peppers, and cherries.
