INDIAN CLUBS | Parallel Doubles
Asynchronous parallel heart shapes are usually swung using the straight-arm front and bent-arm back circles. I swing the circles twice on each repeat, which allows for the introduction of front and back lunges as the shoulders make half-turns left and right.
In Indian Club swinging, the straight-arm front circle should be swung as often as possible for full mobility benefits.
The classic heart shape is a prime example where the straight-arm and bent-arm circles are swung continuously, one after the other, in many different configurations.
As a rule of thumb, the straight-arm circle should be swung every second or third circle.
