ingredients for Cabbage and Beet Salad
1/2 a white cabbage
1 apple
1 medium cooked beet
bunch of green onions
bunch of dill
almond slices
Dressing:
juice of one fresh lemon
lemon zest
half a cup of mayo
a quarter cup of yogurt
two tablespoons of mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
salt and pepper
