First, enablement can be viewed as the idea of “creating the means to do something.” The second view on enablement is “activating a system or device.” In both of these definitions, it’s clear that enablement strategies help you better activate yourself, your team, your stakeholders, and your overall procurement ecosystem to do more in 2021.
