The Rover TCV or Tourer Concept Vehicle was one of Rovers best bets at survival, similar to the Rover R30 the car that killed rover (supposedly) the Rover TCV was a design concept and potential production vehicle that has seemingly been lost to history. The car would have replaced the Rover 45, Rover 25 and Rover 75 hoping to wash away the history of it's British Leyland past and move on from the stains of the early Rover SD1 production woes, financial issues moving to a more forward thinking and progressive future. This car would’ve probably been sold along side the Rover R30.
