Le Coucou has been on my 'try list' for a while now and boy am I glad I did! I love that I can still enjoy an elevated Parisian bistro vibe without having to fly across the pond. Every felt authentic from the welcoming service as soon as I stepped in, to the details of each dish. Some selection may seem simple in presentation, but that's the nature of this cuisine where details shine through with flavor composition.
