Every day from December 1st to 24th, 2021, I'll open a new wine from the calendar and talk about all the relevant points, such as the grape, the region, and the production style. We will also score the wine on a custom 100 point scale. We will See, Swirl, Sniff, Sip and Savor each wine in these mini-wine classes.
