In the Blog Post "More Balance Changes" dated 28 September 2023, Clash of Clans announces that they introduced "Balancing Changes" from Town Hall 10 to Town Hall 15 for Defensive Buildings including the Cannon, Archer Tower, X-Bow, Inferno Towers, Eagle Artillery, Scattershots and Town Hall Weapons.
