I always say potential property development uk sites are everywhere, but when I spotted this empty abandoned house - I thought "could this be my next property development?"
Now I bet there are empty properties within a mile of where you live, but often we walk right past them don't we.
If we notice them at all - we might think to ourselves "I'm sure some savvy property developer has already got their hooks into that site - but have they... could this in fact be a perfect property investment for you?
