Garlic 1hand full
Urddal 1/2cup
Mustard 1/2cup
Jeera 1tbsp
Fenugreek 1tbsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Curry leaves 1hand full
Stone Salt 1tbsp
Vadagam is a mixture of onions, urad dal, mustard garlic curry leaves , This is sun dried and used as tempering in chutney or any kulambu.
