Acclaimed Chef Gilberto Cetina from Holbox and Chichen Itza restaurants will showcase salbutes and coctel mixto at the AltaMed East LA Meets Napa Food & Wine Festival. Chef Cetina does not limit himself to traditional Yucatan recipes, but takes inspiration from them and other regional cuisines of Mexico to produce a dynamic menu featuring vast and amazing seafood.
