I take a walk along the middle part of WEST BROMWICH HIGH STREET called The Duchess and Princess parades. I visit this area to gauge how busy this part of the High Street is I also notice how untidy the area has become whilst the exterior of some of the buildings are becoming neglected

There is an outdoor market area in the DUCHESS PARADE that only the fruit and veg stall seems to be thriving, the others appear less so.

I find it difficult to see a shop along this High Street that I would buy anything from, although Home Bargains can be a draw. But sadly nothing else really comes close. The entertainment provided by BID on this day was lacklustre in as much that the take up was very poor and underused

And BID town AMBASSADORS are not the way forward IMO. My film shows them in a group chatting and not mingling or interacting with the local people to encourage them to take part in what was on offer. The whole feel of the afternoon was low key and disappointing

My walk finished away from the street after visiting the Queens Square shopping Centre
