All arrangements are set for Janasena party Kavathu on Dowleswaram Barrage in East Godavari district. The Kavathu will take place at 3 pm today and it will start from Pichchukula Lanka to Dowleswaram. The Bahiranga Sabha has been planned by Jana Sena party near Dowleswaram Cotton Bridge at 5 pm today. Jana Sena leader Kalyan Dileep Sunkara, while speaking to a media channel said already around 3 lakh people from various districts of the state have come to participate in the Dowleswaram Kavathu. Activists of the Jana Sena Party are making elaborate arrangements for the ‘kavathu’ programme scheduled to be held on the bridge across the Godavari at Dowleswaram on Monday. The walkathon is to mark the entry of party chief Pawan Kalyan’s Statewide tour into East Godavari district and the activists from both Godavari districts are on the job of making the event a grand success.
As per the schedule released by the JSP office, the walkathon will begin at Pichuka Lanka at 3 p.m. and pass through the Sir Arthur Cotton Barrage. Hundreds of hereditary artisans such as fishermen, weavers and toddy-tappers will accompany Mr. Pawan Kalyan in their traditional attire, while members of the party’s women wing too will follow him in their special dress code. Arrangements are being made to accord a grand welcome to the new entrants into the party.
