This was a piece I made in London around 2003. It was a "how to" on scooters, just when the congestion charge was introduced.
Production was guerrilla. Just me and a camera, shot over 2 weekends. It was originally intended to have a presenter and voice over but I couldn't find anyone for the duration of the shoot, so my friends Liam B and Jon P came to the party. Such poise and finesse. Thanks guys.
Ended up loosing the master tapes in a taxi in Rome, but found a VHS dub which this came from. Please excuse the quality.
