KEKS TORTA SA ČOKOLADOM I ORASIMA
Potrebno je:
Oko 520g petit keksa
200ml mlijeka sobne temperature za namakanje keksa.
(Keks treba što više potopiti u mlijeko, ali ipak paziti da se ne raspadne.)
FIL:
3 jaja
200g čokolade (Koristila sam 100g mliječne i 100g za kuhanje.)
250g maslaca ili margarina sobne temperature
200g šećera u prahu
Može se dodati aroma ruma u fil.
200 g mljevenih oraha (Orahe je najbolje upržiti u rerni 10 minuta
na 180 stepeni, ohladiti ih i samljeti. Prženi orasi su mnogo ukusniji.
CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE AND WALNUTS
Ingredients:
About 520g of petit biscuits
200ml room temperature milk for biscuit soaking.
(The biscuit should be dipped in milk as much as possible, but still be careful not to break it down.)
FIL:
3 eggs
200g chocolate (I used 100g milk and 100g for cooking.)
250g butter or margarine at room temperature
200g powdered sugar
The aroma of rum can be added to the filling.
200 g ground walnuts (Walnuts are best fried in the oven for 10 minutes
at 180 degrees, cool them and grind. Roasted walnuts are much tastier.
