Dates Paan Bites:
Fresh Paan Bites are a unique and refreshing Indian dessert made with betel leaves, gulkand (rose petal jam), and various sweet fillings. The betel leaves are filled with a mixture of gulkand, coconut and tutti fruity creating a burst of flavors in every bite. These bite-sized treats are perfect for special occasions and festivals, and they also make a great after-meal mouth freshener. Fresh Paan Bites are easy to make and can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
Ingredients:
* 10 fresh dates, pitted
* 3-4 betel leaves
* 3 tbsp desiccated coconut
* 2 tablespoons gulkand (rose petal jam)
* 2 tbsp colorful Bombay Mukhwas
* 2-3 tbsp Tutti-frutti
* Pinch of cardamom powder
* Toothpicks or cocktail sticks for securing

Instructions:
* Wash and cut the betel leaves from middle as shown in the video. Save the top most part and chop the rest part into small pieces. And microwave in the interval of 30 sec for 3-4 times or until dry and Set them aside.
* In a mixing bowl, combine the desiccated coconut, gulkand, Bombay Mukhwas, Tutti-frutti, and a pinch of cardamom powder.
* Also add in microwaved paan leaves. Mix well to create a flavorful filling.
* Take each pitted date and stuff it with the prepared mixture. Make sure to fill each date evenly.
* Take a top piece of the betel leaf, place a stuffed date on it, and wrap the leaf around the date to secure it. Use a toothpick or cocktail stick to keep it in place.
* Repeat this process for all the dates.
* Your Dates Paan Bites are now ready to be enjoyed! They make a delightful after-meal treat or a unique addition to your Diwali celebrations.
