Chocolate and orange is always a winning couple! Let's prepare this delicious cake with @khalidelmahi
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
100 g of sugar
150 g of flour
50ml g of yogurt
80 g of powdered almonds
100ml orange juice
30 ml melted butter
1 sachet of baking powder
Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C).
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns white. Add the yogurt, melted butter, zest and orange juice, mix, gradually add the chopped almonds then the flour and baking powder (sifted). Mix well until you get a smooth paste.
Roll out the dough into a mold and bake for about 30 minutes, at 347°F (175°C). Allow the cake to cool and cover with melted chocolate and chopped hazelnuts.
