INGREDIENTS
• 2 Packets YiPPee! Noodles
• 480 ml Water
• 3 Tsp Oil
• 1 Medium Sized Chopped Onion
• 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
• 25 gm Processed Cheese
METHOD
• Heat a pan and add oil.
• Once the oil becomes hot, add onion and sauté till the onion becomes slightly pink in color.
• Now add YiPPee! masala and water. Bring the water to a boil.
• Add YiPPee! noodles and cook till the noodles are done.
• At the end add cheese and mayonnaise and mix well.
• Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve hot!
