A 24-year-old from Egypt has been awarded the Guinness World Record for his 31-inch biceps. Moustafa Ismail, who now lives in Franklin, Massachusetts, USA, has arms with a greater circumference than the average human head! Training six days a week and eating six meals a day, Moustafa says he has been "working out for the last 11 years to get muscles this big". Report by Melissa Nathoo.
