The exact question was:
what would be better: individual websites targeting 1 city and maybe 2-3 around it or a large one in the style or roto rooter? I tend to think you'll say roto rooter so if this is the way to go would it be better to structure it like 2 main silos: 1 locations and 2 services and """"conenct"""" them with schema or links OR rotorooter.com/miami/water-heaters (cities as top level with services under them)?
