Step 1 : Bunker
Step 2 : Supply
Step 3 : Research ( Assign your staff to Research)
Step 4 : Mobile Operation Center ( MOC)
Step 5 : Get Bay 3 on your MOC
Step 6 : Upgrade your Heavy Sniper to MK2
Step 7: Select Explosive Rounds
