Ragi Kozhukattai with Cashew Nuts
1. In a bowl, mix 2 cups ragi flour, 1 cup grated jaggery, 1 cup grated coconut, 1/4 cup roasted cashews, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, and 1/2 tsp salt.
2. Gradually add hot water and knead into a soft dough.
3. Shape into small dumplings.
4. Steam for 10–12 minutes. Done!
