Just as lockdown started the trusted thermometer, The Braun Thermoscan gave up and just started to show random temperatures before finally just showing "LO". Not worth as lot of effort to fix! I did try and do a reset but it did not fix it, I took it apart removed the flexi and put it back in to clean the contacts. which gave it about a week of working before all the problems came back.

so I bought a new one when the price when back to pre-lockdown price.
