This is one of the Project I monitored this year in Quezon City, it is a Proposed Interior Renovation of 2 Story Townhomes with Attic. The existing townhomes unit has a 3 Bedroom Unit and as a part of Interior Renovation there is some proposal cabinets and closet per Bedroom.

Step 1: Applying putty or “polituff with hardener” - for patching of dents, leaks, holes and flaws of plywood after its fabrication.
Step 2: After applying putty, the next step is sanding using #80 or #100
