Hi everyone, I had a small break now let's discuss the current situation.

I want to discuss with you the impact of something that I can't say here otherwise Youtube might block my video.
In any case, it's too early to discuss the full impart, but there are already a few things that we can point out.

I have friends all over the world and after a conversation with them, I realise that I'm in one of the best cities to be right now. Dubai is doing very well compared with some other cities.

And when I talk with some of my clients who run businesses in different countries, I realise that there will be a lot of people who will be interested to move with their families here.

And I'm not talking only about middle east, but from other regions as well.

The third thing that I see coming is that there will be an increased demand for a bigger space and some families will decide to move from apartments to villas, preferably with the swimming pool.

Forth - the number of divorces will increase as well. It's not about staying with the same person for a long time, it's more about some personal space where you can stay on your own.

Five - Some companies will realise that they don't need offices or that they need to downsize. The will be a big hit on the commercial property, but if you are following me for long enough you know that I don't recommend investing in commercial property anyway.

Six- there will be big inflation.
There are already trillions injected in US economy and definitely, we will feel the impact very soon.
