On Tuesday, January 15, I recorded a complete Toastmasters meeting - of Lee Valley Speakers in Macroom, Ireland- to show what a Toastmaster meeting is like. I am including very brief edited highlights of the meeting to demonstrate as best I can what happens at a fairly typical Toastmasters meeting.

Toastmasters is the best place to learn confidence in speaking, speaking in public and leadership skills through an educational programme that has evolved over the past 95 years. Learning is self-motivated and practised in the safe environs of the club meeting room where you are helped, encouraged and supported by your fellow club members.
