Check out a technique that should help you figure out your ideal 300 BLK zero... it isn't completely tested, but the numbers that I did happen to test were right on.

It's very difficult to find an ideal zero that works with both sub and super-sonic bullets. This is a relatively easy way to find out what the difference in drop will be between a sub-sonic and a super-sonic round.

Once you have the difference, just plug and play with different zeroes and see what works for you!
