WOW! This is truly one of my favorite animal adventures to date! To get out into nature and encounter so many gila monsters was a true dream come true! I think I'm STILL riding that high! Gila monsters are our largest native lizard and our only venomous lizard in the US. The fantastic animals inhabit the southwest and the majority of their range is in the beautiful state of Arizona so that's where Ive spent the last few years trying to find one! Happy to say I have seen 5 wild gila monsters now and I couldn't be stoked by those numbers! Don't worry, this isn't the last you'll see of gila monsters on the channel, I've got even more gila content coming your way! Would you want to see a gila monster in the wild?
