Two cups hot water
One-fourth cup parsley (chopped)

Instructions:
1. Season the Chicken
Start by seasoning 400 grams of chicken breast on both sides with the spice mix: one teaspoon each of garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, thyme, and salt.
2. Sear the Chicken
Heat a pot over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Sear the chicken breast slices on both sides until golden. Remove and set aside.
3. Prepare the Vegetables
In the same pot, add 350 grams of chopped onion and sauté until softened. Then, stir in 250 grams each of chopped celery and carrots, 20 grams of chopped garlic, and two bay leaves.
4. Add Spices and Water
Season with one teaspoon each of cumin, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt. Cover the vegetables with enough water to submerge them.
5. Return the Chicken
Cut or shred the seared chicken breast and return it to the pot. Let the soup simmer over low heat for twenty minutes.
6. Cook the Noodles
Add 100 grams of egg noodles and two cups of hot water. Cook over medium heat for twelve minutes.
7. Finish and Serve
Stir in one-fourth cup of chopped parsley. Serve the soup hot with a slice of lemon for added freshness.
