After three of its MLAs were allegedly caught with a significant quantity of cash in West Bengal's Howrah, the Congress accused the BJP of seeking to destabilize its coalition government in Jharkhand, stating the saffron party's game plan is to duplicate what it did in Maharashtra.
Police stopped an SUV carrying Congress MLAs Irfan Ansari, Rajesh Kachchap, and Naman Bixal Kongari on National Highway-16 in Ranihati, Howrah, based on a tip, and allegedly discovered a big amount of cash inside.
"The MLAs in question will face harsh punishment from Congress. However, the BJP employs both physical and financial power, and when both fail, they blackmail and unleash its agencies on the opposition." Avinash Pandey
